Chicken Salad 🐓with Lemon and Vinegar (Helmut Rachinger's Suppenhuhn)

Remember the Burnt Leek recipe from last week? I had this dish at the same restaurant, but this time it was made by Philip Rachinger's dad, Helmut. It was such a revelation to me. The tastes come together perfectly. This 🐓 salad is perfect for those hot summer days, it's both light and refreshing and so full of yumminess 😋 As an added bonus you will get some chicken stock left over that you can use for another day to make a nice sauce or some delicious Risotto. Give it a try and let me know how it went in the comments below 🙏
