Charred/Burnt Leek - The đŸ’„ Leek you will ever taste! (Philip Rachinger inspired)

Burnt (or if you prefer; Charred) Leek might not sound very tasty, but believe me, this will be the best Leek you have ever had 😉 I had the pleasure of eating this as a started at Philip Rachinger's restaurant, MĂŒhletalhof in Austria, what an experience. If you are ever close by you should make a detour and go there.
