Görgött's Portobello Risotto (with Gorgonzola Dolce)
This Portobello Risotto is amazing! But if you are just after a plain risotto this recipe works for that too. To make this Risotto extra creamy I add Gorgonzola Dolce, it really lifts any Risotto, it just ads more body to the dish. If you have not tried it yet, you should!
