Vitello Tonnato (🇮🇹 Classic)

Vitello Tonnato is my daughters favourite starter. We are often in Piedmont and she always orders this if it's on the menu. I thought I would make her day and serve her a classical Vitello Tonnato for dinner. Spoiler; She was ecstatic 🤩 The recipe is not difficult, the thing that can go wrong is the time you cook the meat, trail and error. Depending on the cut and the size, you need anything from 10min to 20min, you just have to feel your way forward 😉
