Görgött's Favourite Sourdough Bread 🥖

I'm not a master baker but this Sourdough Bread is amazing. It's a high hydration dough so it's really nice and moist. The original recipe for this comes from Magnus Nilsson who used to run Restaurant Fäviken. For me it's the perfect combination our sourness, crumb and moistness, the crumb is not so big that the butter falls through, but it's still big enough to make the bread relatively light. If you love sourdough bread like I do then you should really give this recipe a try 😋👍

Ingredients:
500g Water (+30g)
110g Sourdough Starter
310g 550 Wheat Flour
310g 1050 Wheat Flour
16g Salt
